Supplies, with or without our facility services.
Paper and soap are the smallest line in a facility budget and the first thing tenants notice when it runs out. Continental Facilities supplies the restroom and breakroom consumables your properties go through. If we also clean a building and you choose our products, that crew keeps them stocked, so an empty towel cabinet never turns into a tenant ticket.
We carry bathroom tissue, hand towels, liners for every can size and heavy-duty trash bags, hand soap, sanitizer, and sanitary seat covers. We also provide and mount the dispensers that hold all of it, so each refill on the cart matches the hardware on the wall.
Stocked across the whole property.
- Tenant and common-area restrooms: tissue, seat covers, towels, hand soap and bin liners
- Breakrooms, kitchens and amenity lounges: towels, handwashing soap, and bags for kitchen waste and recycling
- Lobbies, elevator landings and fitness rooms: sanitizer units and liners for lobby cans
- Loading docks, mailrooms and service corridors: heavy-duty bags sized for the big containers
The written plan lists each area and its products, so stocking can be inspected alongside any cleaning we handle.
Optional restocking on the janitorial route.
If Continental also cleans the building and you want us to supply the products, stocking goes on the nightly checklist. If you prefer to buy your own products, the crew refills the dispensers from your stock instead. The crew opens every tissue holder, towel dispenser and soap cartridge housing, refills to the set level, and relines every can as trash and recycling come out. Day and night porters carry refills on their rounds, so the busiest restrooms in a lobby or retail common area stay full between janitorial visits.
Supervisor quality inspections include supply checks. A dispenser that keeps emptying early gets a fix, whether that is a higher stock level, a larger-capacity unit or an added porter pass.
Supplies-only delivery.
Properties with an in-house engineering or custodial team can buy supplies from us without adding cleaning. Orders arrive on a recurring delivery schedule in the amounts you set, your staff stock the closets and dispensers, and the account is ready to grow into janitorial or porter coverage whenever that makes sense.
Dispensers installed by the same team.
Because Continental also handles light facility maintenance, dispenser work does not need another trade. We supply hand-towel, bath-tissue, soap and sanitizer hardware, install it where people reach by sinks and stalls, and replace any unit that jams or cracks. Refills are matched to each model, so rolls and cartridges fit without forcing.
Standard dispensers across a portfolio make stocking simpler. When every building uses the same towel cabinet and soap unit, one product list covers each property and backstock can move between buildings instead of sitting unused.
Par levels for every restroom.
Every restroom, breakroom and amenity space carries its own par level, a minimum on-hand count for each item, worked out from fixtures, occupancy and traffic. Each property’s supply closet holds the reserve that tops rooms up between restocks, organized and labeled for the crew and your building staff.
Par levels are reviewed as occupancy shifts. A newly leased floor, a tenant adding staff or a shopping center’s peak months show up in the numbers before they show up as an empty dispenser.
One vendor, one point of contact.
For a property manager, separate supply ordering means usage tracking, purchase orders, receiving and chasing back-orders at every building. Where you use us for both, pairing supplies with janitorial services puts stock under the same service manager, the same written plan and the same quality reviews as the cleaning.
Where supply demand runs highest.
The heaviest paper users are easy to predict by building type. Government offices and medical office buildings carry steady restroom traffic from opening to close, and lab buildings keep their handwashing stations in near-constant use.
Warehouses and distribution buildings bring their own demand. In port-side warehouses and large industrial parks, shift changes and break-time rushes send whole crews through big restroom blocks at once. Buildings like these start with deeper par levels, as do busy office buildings, school campuses and retail centers.
How supply pricing works.
Each property is priced on its occupancy, its restroom and fixture total, real usage, which grade of paper and soap you pick, and how often we visit or deliver. Each property’s quote lists its products and stock levels, alongside any cleaning in the same account.
Food and coffee for the breakroom are handled by our breakroom and pantry restocking service.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can you supply all of our properties from one account?
Yes. Each property gets its own product list and par levels, and one service manager is your contact for every building.
Is cleaning service required before we can order supplies?
No. Any business can buy supplies from us without booking cleaning. Deliveries run on a recurring schedule, and your staff handle the refilling.
Will you swap out our current dispensers?
Where it helps. We note every unit on the walkthrough, keep the ones that work and supply and install replacements where a unit jams, breaks or runs empty too fast.
Who refills dispensers during the day?
If you add day porter coverage, the porter can carry refills on each round. With night cleaning alone, the crew restocks to par during each visit from our products or your own; with delivery only, your staff refill.
