What the Bay Area portfolio looks like

The Bay Area mixes dense urban towers with large suburban campuses. In San Francisco, high-rise offices and life-science buildings need lobbies that look right all day, so day porter coverage often joins the nightly program. South San Francisco and Redwood City add lab campuses and corporate campuses along the Bay. In the South Bay, San Jose, Sunnyvale and Mountain View are defined by tech campuses.

Across the East Bay, the picture shifts again. Downtown Oakland has towers and civic buildings, Berkeley has light industrial and lab space, and Fremont and Hayward carry large manufacturing and distribution footprints. The Tri-Valley adds major business parks in Pleasanton and San Ramon, while Walnut Creek and Concord bring Class A offices, medical space and retail. The Oakland page shows how that mix plays out downtown.

Sacramento, the Central Valley and the North Bay

Sacramento’s market centers on state and government offices, with high-rise offices, distribution warehouses, restaurants and retail across the city. Roseville anchors Placer County with regional retail centers and corporate offices. Rancho Cordova adds a large office-park market, and Elk Grove adds medical offices, retail and distribution space.

Further south, Stockton and Modesto are Central Valley hubs for distribution, food processing and healthcare. To the north, Santa Rosa is the North Bay’s business center, with professional and medical offices, light industrial and hospitality. Distribution and warehouse buildings in these markets lean on high dusting, concrete floor scrubbing and lot sweeping.

Northern Nevada properties

Sparks brings distribution centers, manufacturing and data centers. Reno adds offices, hospitality and gaming, and medical and retail space. Carson City mixes government offices with manufacturing, and Fernley adds fulfillment and manufacturing buildings.

These properties tend to be large and exterior-heavy: big lots that need regular sweeping, long building fronts and tall warehouse ceilings, with office areas inside. A Nevada site runs on the same janitorial checklists and through the same service manager as a Bay Area office tower, which lets a property team manage a cross-state portfolio as one program. See the Reno page for local detail.

A few useful answers

About our service areas.

Do you serve cities that aren't listed?

Contact us about nearby cities. The list shows our main business areas.

Can a portfolio in several regions use one service manager?

Yes. Bay Area, Sacramento and Nevada properties can all be coordinated together.

Is the standard the same in every city?

Yes. Every property runs on the same checklists and inspections.

Can a Nevada property and a California property share one quote?

Yes. A cross-state portfolio is planned property by property and presented in one quote, with one service manager coordinating both.

Do service schedules differ between regions?

Schedules follow each property, not the region. A Sacramento government office, a South San Francisco lab campus and a Sparks distribution center each get the day, evening or overnight windows that fit how the building is used.
